For Personalized/customized artwork we request you to first take delivery date from us before placing an order. Please contact us on our mobile number or WhatsApp no. As date of delivery depends on number of orders at that particular time. If you are happy with date of delivery then you are requested to place an order. Go to customized artwork section and choose category and then size of artwork. In description box please fill details and if there is a reference photograph please mail us at giftartdestination@gmail.com with your Order ID.

1. If you have a photo.We will need an High Resolution soft copy of the work you want us to paint.Details of whether you want it to be painted exactly like photo or you want to change background or any other thing. In case of Portrait, we will request a clear photograph in which facial features are clearly visible. 2. If you don't have a photo.We want detailed description of what you expect us to make. Which will help us to convert your vision into Art.

Orders usually are shipped in 7 days. Delivery time is based on your location. Will send detail in mail from where you would be able to track your order.

Once all details are finalized and payment is done. Approx. date will given to you according to number orders in hand. We need 7 to 14 days to complete your artwork. In case of oil painting extra 7 days drying time is required. These are all handmade products we request you to be patient.

There is no problem at all. Mail us within 48 hrs of receiving the Product with the clear photo of the damaged part.

Yes you can. In case of Fridge Magnets, Posters items will be shipped within 15-30 days. But in case of Handmade art work we need more time. All depends on orders in hand and the quantity of work. As products are handmade no two items can be exactly same. There might be slight differences. But this is not the case with Fridge Magnets and Posters as they will be art prints. All prints will be exactly same.

On website paintings are generally not framed. Canvas paintings are all stretched on plywood bars. For personalized/customized paintings framing will be done with extra charges for framing. Please contact us on our mail id or WhatsApp no.
